► 500 hours of coaching experience: so many moments of connection, active listening and support to help my clients achieve their goals and unfold their potential.
► 125 hours of specialized training: rigorous learning to master essential skills and integrate the highest standards of ethics and quality.
► 10 hours of mentoring: rich, constructive sessions with experienced coaches to refine my practice and cultivate a posture of humility and continuous improvement.
► A rigorous examination: an assessment of my skills in applying the key coaching competencies according to ICF standards.
